Our Vision
To form and equip ministers with a solid biblical foundation, spiritual maturity, and practical preparation for ministry.
Prepared to serve. Called to impact.
One of the best investments we can make today is preparing the leaders who will serve our churches tomorrow.
Esperanza Viva Bible Institute is a two-year hands-on ministry training program, designed for young people ages 18 to 25 who sense God's call and want to develop their leadership, character, and ministry.
To form and equip ministers with a solid biblical foundation, spiritual maturity, and practical preparation for ministry.
To provide an environment of holistic formation that develops ministers through biblical teaching, spiritual discipline, intentional discipleship, and practical ministry — shaping lives of character, conviction, and commitment to the Kingdom of God.
More than a theological institute, we are a hands-on ministry training program. We believe God's call is not only to be studied, but lived. Our students receive mentoring, discipleship, and real experience serving in the local church while developing their gifts, leadership, and Christian character.
And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
Deep roots in the Word: doctrine, hermeneutics, and theology applied to life and ministry.
Spiritual disciplines, prayer, Christian character, and maturity to sustain a long-term calling.
Real ministry in the local church every day: serve, stumble, grow, and serve again.

Being filled with the Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Water baptism by immersion and the Lord's Supper.
A promise to all believers to receive power for service.
Speaking in other tongues when baptized in the Holy Spirit.
An act of separation from evil and dedication to God.
The Church is the Body of Christ, charged to evangelize the world.
A ministry providentially called and divinely ordained for the church.
Provision for the healing of sickness through Christ's atonement.
The rapture of the Church before the second coming of Christ.
The reign of Jesus on the earth for a thousand years.
The judgment of unbelievers and eternal punishment.
The eternal destiny of the righteous believers.
We are a Hispanic family church in the heart of Indianapolis, committed to forming and sending leaders who serve the next generation. From this home the Institute is born — a warm community where faith is lived, taught, and shared.
For pastorsThe admissions process is selective. We ask each church to recommend and support one to two students per two-year cycle. More than filling a seat, we seek to invest in people with a genuine call and a teachable spirit.
