One of the best investments we can make today is preparing the leaders who will serve our churches tomorrow.

Esperanza Viva Bible Institute is a two-year hands-on ministry training program, designed for young people ages 18 to 25 who sense God's call and want to develop their leadership, character, and ministry.

Our Mission

To provide an environment of holistic formation that develops ministers through biblical teaching, spiritual discipline, intentional discipleship, and practical ministry — shaping lives of character, conviction, and commitment to the Kingdom of God.

More than a theological institute, we are a hands-on ministry training program. We believe God's call is not only to be studied, but lived. Our students receive mentoring, discipleship, and real experience serving in the local church while developing their gifts, leadership, and Christian character.

For pastors

The admissions process is selective. We ask each church to recommend and support one to two students per two-year cycle. More than filling a seat, we seek to invest in people with a genuine call and a teachable spirit.
